Centre Village Mall

1240 – 2A Avenue North, Lethbridge, Alberta

Hobgoblin Holdings Limited purchased this 189,000 s.f. neighborhood centre in 1988 and redeveloped it into a 360,000 s.f. Regional Enclosed Power Centre featuring: Canadian Tire, Save-on-Foods, Zeller’s, Mark’s Work Warehouse and 50 other retailers and services.
Sold to Anthem Properties in 2006

Lethbridge Logistics Facility

Anderson Industrial Park, Lethbridge, Alberta

6.3 acres of undeveloped land was purchased by Hobgoblin Holdings Limited in 1997 for future development. Following subdivision and sale of individual parcels to local investors, the balance was retained in the Hobgoblin Holdings property portfolio
Sold to local investors between 2001 and 2006

Mark’s Work Wearhouse

1240 – 2A Avenue North, Lethbridge, Alberta

As part of Hobgoblin Holdings Limited redevelopment of Centre Village Mall, a new 9,800 s.f. freestanding building was constructed for Mark’s Work Wearhouse in 2005

Zellers

1240 – 2A Avenue North, Lethbridge, Alberta

A new 82,000 s.f. Zellers was constructed in 1991 as part of Hobgoblin Holdings Limited redevelopment of the Centre Village Mall. In 2003 Hobgoblin Holdings completed a further expansion to this store brining Zellers to over 100,000 s.f.

Future Shop

Hobgoblin Holdings Limited constructed Lethbridge’s first Future Shop in 1992 and expanded the store to 18,500 s.f. in 2001

Canada Post Nanton

2222 Main Street, Nanton, Alberta

In collaboration with AT Investments Inc., Hobgoblin Holdings Limited developed a new postal outlet in Nanton, Alberta

Canadian Tire

As part of Hobgoblin Holdings Limited redevelopment of the Centre Village Mall, a renovation of the former Sears Department Store to Canadian Tire’s Next Gen Prototype was completed in 2000

Save-On-Foods

1112 – 2A Avenue North, Lethbridge, Alberta

Hobgoblin Holdings Limited brought Save-On-Foods to Centre Village Mall in 1991, introducing Lethbridge to the big format grocery stores.

A&W / Blockbuster Video

1250 – 2A Avenue North, Lethbridge, Alberta

Hobgoblin Holdings Limited converted a former Sears Auto Centre to retail space which included Lethbridge’s first A&W with drive through and Lethbridge’s first and largest Blockbuster Video in 1995
